Hey guys-

Wanted to introduce myself- my name is David and I have been a licensed realtor in and around Savannah for a couple of years. I look forward to meeting you all!

you have 512k on your va loan with purchasing another as long as your DTI shows you can afford both it shouldn't be an issue. It is best to say your renting out the primary one first. This will lower your DTI and they will still use part of the mortgage payment as your debt but not all and the rent you get will be shown as passive income which will help your DTI out some. I am retired Army and been dealing with primarily va clients for the past 4 years let me know if I can help some more.
