Hey, everybody! I've got someone interested in doing a 99 year lease instead of buying my property.  Does anyone have any experience with this?

Thanks!

Will you be around to spend the money when the lease is up?
I’m not.

I am giving tours of the property this week.  If you're in the area of Wimberley and would like to see it for yourself, I have some spots left.  Let me know when you'd like to schedule your tour.

Beautiful property for boutique hotel, health and wellness center, retreat, or even estate home.

Seeking buyer or operating partner. Partial owner finance a possibility.  Lease with option to purchase would be considered. We are open to a variety of structures, depending on business plan and other factors.

40 miles from Austin, just 8 miles from Wimberley, the crown jewel of the Texas Hill Country. Currently operating as event venue.  Conceptual site plan for 40 keys with resort-style pool.

Pictures and video in attached link.  DM me for more details.

Thank you for your interest!

I own a beautiful Hill Country property near Austin. It's operating as a wedding and event venue. The property would be a great boutique hotel, glamping resort, rehabilitation center, health and wellness retreat, etc. I want to bring in an operating partner, or sell outright. Where do I find a match?

Hi, Mike! Look no further.  I own the perfect property for your concept and it is currently for sale.

Highlights:

6 years operating as a wedding and events venue.

11 acres of unrestricted land. No HOA. Not in the ETJ, but close to town.

Located in Wimberley, Texas, the crown jewel of the Texas Hill Country, just 40 miles from Austin.

Design forward? How about a 5,000 sf event space, Mid-century design inspired, climate controlled of course, with a 1,500 sf covered pavilion and a dedicated ceremony space? I almost forgot to tell you about the 3,000 sf Trex deck for sunsets and stargazing.

The property is for sale.  I have a couple of interested parties who are currently doing their due diligence, but would love to show you the space.  This property is not listed with a broker.

Here's a link with some great pictures and videos for you to view.  It looks even better in person. https://fx.tourfactory.com/Tour/DownloadPhotos/2982362

My email address is [email protected] and my number is 512-648-9800.  Give me a call.

Best,

David
