Aaron Mazzrillo it seems to me that Oscar Galvan is a wholesaler without any intention to close on the property's that he tying up. That's why he needs enough exit clause. Inspection/partners approval. BTW Aaron I recently heard again the podcast with you, thanks Its great

Oscar Galvan well the real way to do it is to have a attorney draft a special contract for your wholesale Business that's how you have enough exit clause
