A is good school good job, where everyone would prefer to be in. I dont have issues showing anytime B is okay school, usually ppl who can't afford A. Safe and good job, I don't have issues showing anytime C is inner city, or outskirts, I would still feel safe to show at 9-2pm, maybe, if later I will wait in car til client shows up D is warzone, low income, on the news for crime, I try not to show, if I do, I try to make it in broad daylight, Bring flashlight, bc it's most likely distress with no utilities.. I also make sure a relative will check on me, or call during the show

Thomas Anderson well in some states it's illegal to tie up a property if you are not intending on closing or don't have the funds to close,

Kevin Walker hi as of my understanding you guys are planning to get a deal off the MLS and wholesale it, I'm not familiar with your local market but isn't the price going the be retail value? Why would a investor be interested in your deal (not to mention that he probably saw it on the MLS) The art of wholesaling is getting off market deals with minimum 40% below market value, I'd like to understand your strategy Have a great day !!!
