I too am looking to invest $200K in a multifamily syndication. I too am new to this type of real estate investing. I have looked at offers from Elevate CIG, and Ashcroft Value Added Funds. The only problem is the offers look too good to be true. Has anyone here heard of these to companies?

Quote from @Greg Scott:
I've been a member of Lifestyles Unlimited since 2011. They are an education and mentoring group and do not put syndications together themselves. They've been in business 34 years and have over 55,000 members. I have invested in over 50 syndications with other members of Lifestyles. It's a great organization. My average annualized return across syndications that have gone full cycle and sold is over 45% (your results may vary).
Total Wealth Academy is a newer education and group founded by Steve Davis. Steve Davis worked at Lifestyles Unlimited for many years, but his content is quite different.
Elevate CIG is apples and oranges to the two above groups. Elevate CIG is a syndicator.
Thank you for the information. I have heard of LUINC for a long time even attended a few of their meetings a while back, but was never able to talk of anyone who actually followed through & invested with them.

Hello, I'm new to BP & am interested in multifamily syndicate investing. I heard about Lifestyles Unlimited, The Total Wealth Academy & Elevate CIG. Has anyone here ever worked with any of these or any other MF syndicates before?
