In the next couple of days, I would like to have a name for my business, and my own logo as well. Then I will order business cards. I deliver pizza so I see a lot of people throughout my day.

 My market plan is to wrap my car. I was thinking on one side have it say, "House for sale? Call me." On the other side something like "Foreclosure looming? Call me." What do you think? Are there any advertisement laws with my car that I should be aware of. I also have a facebook page just for real estate.

 How do you begin to reach out? How do you find people in your area on here?

How should I begin to reach out to other investors and realtors in my area? There is one investor group they only meet once a month and I am at work. 

Hello, my name is David McKinsey. Most people call me DJ. I am new to bigger pockets and real estate investing in general and I am looking to get started. I'm looking to network with people close and all around, also I would like to find a mentor. I have read three books so far, "No B.S. Real estate investing" by Preston Ely, "The Ultimate Beginners Guide To Real Estate Investing" of course written by Brandon Turner and Josh Dorkin (this book lead me here), and I just finished reading "How to be a Real Estate Investor" by Phil Pustejovsky. My goals in real estate are to begin wholesaling to build capital. Then I would like to start buy and hold investing, as I live right next door to Purdue University.
