So what happens to the owners loan if they don't redeem the property from you after the 3 yr period? Does the bank go after them for it?

hello everyone, I would like to know from any of you investors off there, if I was to buy a tax lien and the owner did not redeem within the three-year. What happens to the owners mortgage amount? Is the owner still liable to pay for that?

I don't see any reviews on automator either. Realeflow just updated their software and has plenty of reviews. would be nice if one of them had state specific software and mentorship.
