@Mark VejnarThank you so much for the explanation, I'll go through the course, then at the end go back and re-read and write down everything on the cards like you explained.

@Sarah ZiehrThanks for your reply. Unfortunately the classroom isn't really an option. I guess I'll have to take my time, write down notes, hope for the best and try to learn as I go.

@Mark VejnarGreat idea.... but.. I've never made or used flash cards... What would I even write, and how would I use them?

Okay so I'm about 20% through my online pre-licensure course from Real Estate Express - There are so many laws and terms and rules to remember. I'm worried. I know I'll pass the test, but what about after I become a licensed salesperson?
What if I forget some small rule or law, and make a mistake?
This is a LOT to remember. Is all of it necessary? Do you just "learn as you go"? Am I not studying hard enough, or am I worrying too much?

like 45 bucks for both the pre and post licensure class
the state exam is a joke so you'll pass even though that groupon class was horrible (many mistakes and teachers did not own up to errors)
Are you saying Rowlett was a horrible class?
I'm looking on Groupon for one in FL and I can't seem to find anything that cheap unfortunately.

@Account ClosedWhile I see the advantage of class in person, it definitely isn't for me.

Hey guys, back after a long absence.
I'm looking to become an agent in the south FL area, primarily Broward and Dade county.
After much hard work, I earned my high school diploma and I'm now ready to take the next step, which is from what I understand, to complete 63 hours of classes (correct me if I'm wrong).
- I'm looking to take the classes online. I'm not sure from which place to take classes from.
- Does it matter which online course I use? What should I look for when choosing an online class?
- Any suggestions on a reputable online class would be greatly appreciated.
