David, when is this happening or already happened?

I would love to be part of the next month. I just closed couple of multi-family in past 3 months and looking to grow the portfolio. Want to catch up with the gang and bounce some ideas. 

Wish I could join this, but it looks like it is on a day that I will be hosting at church. I am looking for a good group to get into for real estate and get myself going again. I currently own 1 rental (purchase 2017). Made many mistakes and hoping to learn from those mistakes and keep it moving

I have a couple rental units, but am looking to get into fix-and-flips. I think Saint Louis is a really good place for fix-and-flips. 

I've done two deals, one (a duplex) in 2004 that I sold in 2005, and one in 2006 ( a sfr ) that I still have. Ready to get back in the game, but I MUST be better at it. Looking to meet other investors, listen and learn.
