how much  should i set aside if i get $10k wholsale fee?

Great question! Impossible to answer without a lot more information. But a good rule of thumb is 20% set aside for taxes and 40% to reinvest in your business to get more deals.

Sounds good thanks

when calling escrow title companies in california to see if they handle assignments of contract and double closing. I was told yes as long as it is disclosed. bear in mind im not a real estate agent. When i asked what are the rules. The escrow agent said ask your broker. IS this something that wholesalers have to do becuase to me it sounds like she thought i was a realtor.
