@Audrey Parzyk

I would love to focus on young professionals, so far it seems Lincoln Park and surrounding areas would be good.

Do you know if these areas provide good rental income?

How we all doing?

I’ve decided to make the leap into real estate investing and I’m considering investing in an area near me-ish just to begin with.

The area is Chicago and it’s outer suburbs. Im wondering if anyone can give me some recommendations on the best areas to buy a rental property which could bring in a good cash flow.

Happy to get my hands dirty in a fix upper but really just looking for some direction in location so I can start analysing deals etc.

I know Chicago is massive and property taxes are awful in some areas.

Any direction is appreciated.

Thanks
