Hello everyone !!

Im a new Investor that sincerely has not done any deal yet but trying to accomplish my goals of this year 

I would like to know other investors from many parts but since im in Orlando Florida I would like to meet personally investors from this area and from BP 

I would like to have a chat with more experienced ppl and im willing to put everything on me to hear their wisdom 

Im interested in Rental properties (my gosl this year is 12 units so im seeking for 3 4plexes) but I want to learn everything about REI flipping, wholesale, prop management, etc

My Ultimate goal is to be a millionaire before my 30's ( actual 23 years old) in CF yearly 

What I want from RE is to show my self that I can be better and better everyday and to take my loved ones to places we like and to give them what they deserve with out have to look and the bank account each weekend and have to worry I wont be able to pay the rent this month

Well anyone who feel related to this feeling please share your thoughts and if you would like to help a new investor on its carrier let me know because I REALLY WANT TO

Hello every one how are you doing today !

Im new on this place and in this market but I haved being reading and assisted to webinars and seminars of this place and other more 

I like RE and im willing to learn as much as I can with the help of the ppl that already has their way on track :) My name is David and iam a newbir on this thing with RE 

so far my intro I want to ask you a question.... im right now in a seminar that I paid for but the thing is that they want me to pay about 40k dollars to teach me the strategies of how to do RE let say foreclosure, wholesale, passive income rehabing etc 

does someone from here has taking this program of 40 grand (wich I dont have) and it was worth it ? Could you share your history with me ?
