I want to be wholesaling while working on my rentals goals but I want to know what contracts, paperwork, entity do I need to be wholesaling ?

Im located in Orlando Florida area so if anyone can help it does not matter where you are from any help is good

I want to get my first investment property but im not sure how to proceed or look for

Iam looking for a multy family deal that cash flow but I will be looking to do seller financing and partnership 

How did you get your first property ?

what steps did you take ?

What look for ?

Where do I need to go to search for info ?

How do I know if my targeted investment is in a good location ?

My plan is to invest for buy/hold multifamily units (duplex, triplex, quadplex) to follow plan on webinarnhow to achieve 1M in RE 

Im working on my credit and in savings to shoot up to a FHA loan to start with but as well I would like to start wholesaling to make that as my 2nd Job So any idea or tip to me ?

Hope you have being doing great today because Iam I got really motivated from yesterday webinar with Brandon Turner and I will be moving forward with my RE empire :D

Im looking for 

Realtors , RE lawyer , Mortgage broker and title company near ORLANDO FL so if any of you happen to have a recommendation please share your knowledge with me I will thank you greatly

As far as I know in order to get an FHA loan you must be living inthe property you plan to buy

you better consult this with your lawyer or the lender because since you are being transferred I think that might be something maybe you will have to put all your things inside the property in one unit and rent the rest but that is what I know
