Hey BP, I'm just wondering if there are any real full time wholesalers who actually make a living on that business. I've been looking around online including Biggerpockets but all I can seem to come across is gurus who recommend the strategy for beginners and would like to to sell you their "proven" system. Not looking to cause a big debate here just curious as to who is actually making a living off of just wholesaling real estate. Thanks.

Hey guys I'm a new wholesaler in Manatee county getting ready to start marketing for sellers. Does anyone know of any investor friendly title companies that do double closes and work with contract assignments?
