I am turning 21 this year and I intend on getting a 10k loan and invest it wisely but I do not quite know where to invest it yet and I would like some advices because i want the investments to double that money over the years.

I live in New York but I plan on moving down South and purchase my first rental property after I get my Bachelors degree. I want to start my real estate business in Florida because that’s where I want to live but I don’t know too much about it.

After i get my degree in NYC I plan on moving down South to get a job and buy my first property but I am a little doubtful when it comes to wether or not Florida is a good place to do Real Estate in.

I am interested in starting in REI and I already started saving for it but I do not know how much I should save to start investing in my first property. I am thinking about starting my RE business in Orlando FL and I want to start with a SFH between 100-250k

I’m a 20 year old guy who wants to start investing in Real Estate and my dream to start with one property with a cost ranging from 100-300k and add more to it over the years but I don’t know how much I need to start buying my first rental property.
