What are the permits needed to properly zone a 2 unit multi family house in Baltimore city? An whats the cost of these permits. No physically work just paperwork

@Davon Johnson You would be better off setting up the LLC now and buy the property in the LLC name. Than you need to be a tenant in that property. This is all about asset protection and keeping your personal assets as safe as possible. You can use Legalzoom to set your LLC or a lawyer. Good luck.

Wouldn't the mortgage be in the LLC name at that point? The pre approval is in my name

What if I own the LLC though? I just want to show proof that the house is indeed part of the LLc and the rent that's collected is going towards the LLC.
