Ugh !!!!   Grrrr !!!   I cannot find an answer anywhere.   I need the comparison of plus to pro.     The links and the website show them as being EXACTLY THE SAME.   I know they’re not.   Can anyone, someone ...please run down the differences for me ?

@Will Kirkendoll as a tenant who has done this , I can only say why I do it. I would move to a new city - for funsies. :)

I would sell everything I owned other than basics and take the money to the new city. Find a place to live and pay my rent as far up front as I could. Giving me time to find a job. Now, my field was abundant. I usually found work within a few days. But if I hated the city... I had rent paid for 6 months until I figured out where to go next

Well.  I’m on my way out the door and my aunt calls.  She’s fallen.  Broken rib.   So I’m at the hospital now.  :( 

I’m ticked. ( not at her).  I will have to wait for the next meeting.   Family needs me tonight.   

Wow you guys.  Thank you so much.  All informative.      I was panicking thinking I wouldn’t live long enough to enjoy the fruits.    I have no one to leave everything to either.   so who’s going to enjoy it ??   ME!   I can.  It’s not too late.   I love how this forum gives us different glasses.  

How do you retire on your cash flow if the houses won’t be paid off until Youre over 80?!!

Seems the way to really do okay , is to not have mortgages.

Am I wrong or missing something ?
