I almost forgot to add. I have previous work doing marketing for a wholesaler in Fresno Ca. This is what has led me to the wholesaling route.

Good Afternoon BP

I am new to the site and just wanted to introduce myself. I have limited knowledge in RE. I have previously worked as a leasing agent (while in college) as well as Human Resources at a property managment company. My Degrees are in Human Resources so that is primarily my background. My husband and I have recently decided to get into Real Estate. My husband is a stay at home dad and has always had an interest in Real Estate. We thought we should do some more research and get in this together. We have not decided which niche we want to focus on, but I have been doing a lot of research in Wholesaling. I have browsed through a few blogs, but do not see a whole lot of wholesalers in the Northern Ca area. We are definitely excited about our new permanent venture, and would like to see if we could find a mentor, or be directed to some great resources.

I am new to real estate investing and after doing some research have come across Cashflowdepot.com I can not find anything but great reiews for the company, which makes me a little skeptical. Has anyone heard anything about cashflowdepot.com?
