Hello all, I am nearly finished with my real estate classes to help out with our fix and flip business. I need to find a broker to hang my license under. I work 40+ hours a week already so doing RE full time is out of the question. This is only to help with our investing business. Any ideas for finding a broker that will work with the investor only RE agent? I am in the Canton, OH area if that matters. BP nation - how did you find your broker?! Thanks for the help! Dan

I just wanted to put myself out there and give you all an introduction. My name is Dan from the Akron/Canton area in Ohio. I am new to the whole real estate investing arena but I have been lurking for a long time. I am in the process of getting my real estate license as well. I am going into business with a partner that I have known for years now. We are primarily interested in fix and flips to start out. I am very excited to make run down houses look nice again. If you all have any advice I would love to hear it. Looking forward to contributing to this community of BP!
