After utilizing a hard money lender, I will need an exit strategy. I don’t qualify for conventional loans but I may be able to utilize a portfolio lender based on my given situation. If anyone is familiar with any good portfolio lenders in Broward, Palm beach, or Miami please let me know. Thanks

Seeking for Hard money lenders who fund in the South Florida Market who are willing to work with a first time investor. Preferred strategy: BRRRR.

@Jon Huber My name is DeAndre Anderson and I would like to be a part of these meetings.

I'm looking to connect with other like minded individuals like myself in the South Florida Market such as Broward, Palm Beach, Miami dade. I want to do the fix and hold strategy (BRRRR) and looking to gain knowledge and wisdom from those who use this method in the SF market or even fix and flippers. It's almost the same thing.
