Hi Justin. I am familiar with the Taunton and Attleboro markets. If you can find a multi that cash flows immediately it's a lot let risky than trying the condo route. Condos in this area don't appreciate as quickly as sfh. You would have to analyze each scenario and make sure you have an exit strategy for each to get you to your real estate goals. Corey-  Attleboro is a great place with its close proximity to Providence and 2 train stations  for the Boston commuters. Prices are very competitive
