Hello Bigger Pockets!  So glad I stumbled across this community.  I've been enjoying all the podcasts (wow, they are incredibly informative), and just getting to know how to use BP as a tool in our ongoing RE quest.   

My husband and I do this part time and while both maintaining full-time demanding jobs. We've been investing for many years, and KNOW it is the best path to true long-term wealth.  We are currently looking to turn up the heat on our RE (Buy and Hold) purchases, and ad to our multi unit portfolio.  Definitely looking to network with some investor friendly agents and wholesalers that cover the Lehigh Valley - Western NJ area.

Hello, we are looking to offload our landlord duties. Looking for a reputable Property Management firm in the Lehigh Valley PA or Phillipsburg, NJ area.  Please help!  I don't feel comfortable handing the ball off to a company that does not come recommended.  Thanks in advance!!

Hello new friends on Bigger Pockets!  So glad I found your site, and I'm looking forward to sharing experiences and learning with everyone.  So, for my first post, do you have any recommendations on whether or not to use an online Title Search company prior to going to RE auctions?  If you do in fact recommend, what company do you like to work with? Are these online search companies reliable?  Any insight is appreciated.  Thanks!
