I have one near the shore which was supposed to be a short term rental but is on a yearly lease currently.I can always do a short term rental and use it myself if the tenants leave.

Realty Medics.Excellent service, very good communication.I have SFH managed by them.They were able to find a tenant right away.

I would say no.I am getting 500$ cash flow from SFH.I also always avoided wood frames.

I have a condo in North Naples.It barely cash flows.HOA's , reassessments are killers.
