My name is Dennis Lee, and I'm a newbie investor in Atlanta. Following BRRRR's advice, I'm looking for partnerships with top-notch realtors, property managers, contractors, and lenders to form a solid team. The criteria I'm looking for are as follows:
- Cash offer
- Distressed property (personal/property distress)
- Budget before rehab: $250-300k
- Budget for rehab: $50k
- After Repair Value (ARV): $400k+
- House Type: Single Family/Multi-unit/Townhouse (Rental Available)
- House specs: 3B3B, 1900+ sqft, 2 car garage
- Location: Duluth, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Peachtree Corner, Brookhaven, Decatur (Near Emory), Vinings
- Near hospital, nice neighborhood, above-average school district score
