that's the plan for now. It looks like the property will cash flow out of the gate, so we'd like to just build equity for now and maybe flip in the future.

My wife and I are just about to jump into the real estate investment arena with a single-family home in our neighborhood that we hope to successfully manage as a rental property. We are set to close this month and are trying to learn everything we can about management.
