I’ve had my car for a year and the engine is blew out all of sudden I’m going to reach to the finance company and dealership about the car but would it be possible to roll over my balance left into a new car loan possibly or what should I do?

I wholesale properties and have a property under contract for a excellent price. I went to see the property and it’s a padlock on the door with a not in the back with violation 108.1.3 I live in Chicago what does that mean?

I have a lead that the property has more rooms then the assessor website and Zillow says it should have. What does this mean and it could it be bad or good?

@Steve Morris We agreed to the purchase price but never discussed the earnest deposit. I just think it’s something that’s not that serious to slow a deal down about.

@Mike McCarthy The buyer I am dealing with is complaining that’s its non-refundable but. During the review and inspection period he is protected or can do disapprove of the contract and make it null and void also right?

I've been dealing with buyers that are saying that a 3k earnest deposit on a deal with a 107k purchase price with a 200k ARV. Is this usual cause my train of thought is that if you are serious about buying it shouldn't matter. (The buyer has done a walkthrough if the property already) Or is it something I am missing about this. I'm also in the process of getting my brokers license so any help on that would be nice to.
