@Christina R.

 Thanks for the welcome.  I would like to hear more about how you blend being a Realtor and an investor.  Just passed my course, but unsure a license is the best for a career as an investor.

Hey all, just joining BP now after listening to podcasts over the summer.

I’ve been sampling a few real estate scenarios over the past couple of years to try to find out what’s out there and what works for me – financing a few of my brother’s flips in Florida, buying tax lien certificates in Florida and Maryland, flipping a mobile home lot in Maryland.  Still consider myself a newbie, but I can see possibilities.  I’ve owned a couple of rental houses in the past, but after reading Ken McElroy’s ABC’s of Real Estate Investing, I’m looking to acquire one or two small apartment buildings in the Maryland suburbs of D.C. over the next year.

BP appears to be a tremendous resource and a strong community. Glad to be here.
