I'm wanting to buy a duplex and use both sides as a vacation rental. I posted a faux add on Craigslist just to guage a response. I didn't even get a call. Any tips on how to market your vacation rental? I have done some flips and have some normal rentals and a rent to own, so in have some experience..

First off thank you for taking the time to read this post. I'm currently using about $100,000 in capital to purchase rehab and refinance my money back out. I started this year and I've done two deals that are cash flowing a total of $750. The issue is I can only do two or three deals a year with the brrr strategy. Does anyone have a technique to brrr faster with the same $100,000 capital?

@Rigo V. Just an idea, could you air bnb one side of the duplex . . Or what about doing the deal buy then selling it on an owner carry at 12% interest. Just different ideas to get more cashflow

@Blair Poelman I have a little cash to invest in real estate I was thinking about buying 5 or 6 nice MH and selling them owner carry. The tenants would pay their own lot ret This is the opposite of owning the land, but I don't see how I could afford a whole park.

@Nelly R. I started this year and picked up 2 properties that are cash flowing positive 725$ plus another 300 prinicple on payments. My competitive advantage is I got a contractor license and I am fixing up junkers then refinancing them. Another thing I do is sell my properties on lease option( rent to own) terms. Right now I have way more deals then the money to do them. I'm paying interest to investors who want to help me grow!

@Myka Artis I have flipped a couple houses and I'm selling them on owner carry. I'd really like to do corporate housing but I don't know where to start. What would you recommend as far as size square footage and bedrooms for corporate housing? What type of furnishings would you use? And how much a month or a day would you charge? Generally the 1% rule is a guide for rent. Would you use 3 or 4% of the condo or home value for a corporate house? I am in Wichita Kansas and there is only one property listed on chbo
