what software are you using for your analysis or are you just using a spreadsheet?? I like! I actually lived in Dickinson for 2 years during the boom!

Taxes 1600 closing costs 2300 Insurance 75/month...so im using the biggerpockets wholesaling calculator trying to make a wholesale profit of 5k...i put all my info in and its throwing out all sorts of weird numbers like can only ask 32k. From the numbers it looks like a good deal..idk what I'm doing wrong?!?!?

I'm fairly new into real estate and have been researching and analyzing a lot over the last 6 months wanting to jump in full time! I have taken classes like fortune builders 3 day class and what not.
