Welcome to BP! Money and success are great extrinsic motivators to get going in real estate. But as I've found out, sometimes you need more than just that to keep going. Having a "definite purpose" or a "WHY do you want to be a REInvestor" is important.

$1,000-2,000 for a panel swap? I similarly am looking at having to do a panel swap in my first reno project but have not received a quote. Sounds expensive!

Did that BP meetup ever take place? I'd be interested in going as well!

Bringing this thread back from the grave... Do any of you still attend the REI meetings? I was hoping to find a more casual group that didn't want me to become a "member" and pay dues. Is that too much to ask lol
