Any turnkey providers in these south carolina areas?

 That's not what i've seen based on cashflows from a turnkey provider there whom i've compared to other markets across the US.   remember, if you are calling those returns good, now, they were far better a few years ago in other markets. Hopefully the cash flows pickup at least from the provider i looked into.

from what i've seen the cash flows are way down from 2013 levels in Memphis, Jacksonville, Ohio and Indianapolis markets for SFH from these turnkey providers. I've got properties in memphis. Sometimes it is better to just sit on the sideline and wait for a deal or search out a deal. Multis? Do you own these in chicago? i've been looking at some in Philly but I'm concerned as some look so old and tarnished. Also concerned about types of tenants and areas there I've seen these properties in.
