I am new to investing and I have seen on the listing websites the option for pre-foreclosure and foreclosure auctions. I am curious on how they work. Could anyone recommend a good book on foreclosures or just help me out?

Hi, I am new to real estate investing and I was curious if there is a site the specifically lists house that need rehab. Most of the places I find on Zillow, at least in my area, have been recently remodeled or don’t need a lot of work.
