@Nathan G.thank you ! I’ll give them a call.

Hi BP, I own a multi family in NJ and my tenant is 2 months into her 12 month lease when she tells me she will be moving out as of 30 days because “it’s just not working out”. I spoke to an attorney in which advised me to cut my losses as she’s been a nightmare since day one. I will still make an attempt to collect. Can anyone refer any collection agencies?

Hey BiggerPockets family, I am within 72 hours of closing on my first property! The loan officer called me yesterday and asked about a 40k student loan judgment that was just discovered. I’ve been in repayment/good standing for the past 2 years. Any insight on how to proceed? Thanks !

@Nick B. Thanks Nick !

I am apart of a group of investors with aspirations of purchasing a property within the 1st quarter of the new year. My question to you folks is how do we go about purchasing said property under a LLC? Or do we do it individually and flip the deed? Please help ! Thank you in advance!
