What is the best collection agency to send a tenant to ?

Hi BP, I own a multi family in NJ and my tenant is 2 months into her 12 month lease when she tells me she will be moving out as of 30 days because “it’s just not working out”. I spoke to an attorney in which advised me to cut my losses as she’s been a nightmare since day one. I will still make an attempt to collect. Can anyone refer any collection agencies?

I have tried four different collection agencies in the past and they all sucked. In January I submitted about 50 tenants to Capital Accounts and they have already collected more in three months than all the other agencies did in the last ten years.
