Is there anyone here in the oklahoma city area that has used an Fha 203k loan? I am looking to purchase a small multi family here in the near future to house hack and I want to use the fha 203k program.. I would really just like to talk to a local investor and/or lender who has done it or knows somebody who's done it. Thank you all!
