2008 will be a great year. It has started off great and looks great down the road. Great to hear the Market there is still Strong as well.

The market here is good, a little more days on market. But everything is still moving and there is only a few areas that have declined due to heavy foreclosure's in the area. Before I was in RE I was a active DayTrader. It is fun and I still trade just hold longer a month or two. My Family has always been in RE, and I have as well. I went full force about 6 years ago and have not looked back....

I have been a active agent/investor of 6 years now. I do deals from the low end to the very High end. At this time for SHR I am doing deals below the Jumbo mark as they are much easier to get done on the re-sale. I have done bulk Reo deals in the past my buyer buys 1-2 times a year. I would like to do more and learn more on the commericial side. Hope everyone is doing well..
