Ok, is anyone a member of dohardmoney and what has your experience been with them. I was going to try to use them for my first rehab property, but very new to hard money lenders so was not sure if they were legit.

What do I do when my buyer wants to see the property I have under contract and the seller wants to be present also? How do I keep the sellers price and my price from coming up?
