I am new to Wholesaling in Ohio, can anybody refer me to an Investor friendly Title Company in that state? 

Also because I am an out of state Investor need a connection on the ground there for inspecting and showing properties etc.  Are you that someone, or do you know anyone who fits the criteria?

Personally I would be looking to buy another property that would cover itself with the repayments and give you greater cashflow to help pay off this property.

Bryan - Yes, has been rented out for over $1400, but one student recently moved out so rent has dropped to $1280.  Through word of mouth by other tenants the room gets taken fairly quickly.

Travis - Only thing I believe that is left to rehab is one bedroom which is the largest in the house, and can easily be rented out for $300 once rehab completed. Told rehab estimate is less than $1000 worth of work.

Not new to property investing in Australia, as I live in Melbourne Australia, but am new to world of wholesale property investing in the US.
