I am new to Wholesaling in Ohio, can anybody refer me to an Investor friendly Title Company in that state?

Also because I am an out of state Investor need a connection on the ground there for inspecting and showing properties etc.  Are you that someone, or do you know anyone who fits the criteria?

It's difficult to hire people to do something that you don't know how to do. What will you compare their performance to if you've never done it?  Also, I would never START wholesaling virtually.  Wholesaling in your own backyard is tough enough.  I know the gurus make it sound easy but it really isn't.
