Also, with few exceptions, I don't think this site is where you're going to find a buyer for a $50m deal.

I can't give further information. If you would like to know the address, you should sign an NDA and if you know the address then you can see the pictures online. This is an off-market deal. And which site do you think is better? Do you know any other sites?
