I am looking to obtain my real estate broker license and researching pre-licensing classes in the Chicagoland area. Any recommendations of a reputable school/course? Due to COVID-19, I saw some schools are only offering virtual classes. Are there any schools that are offering in-person classes? Thank you!

I am very new to buying/investing. Currently located in the south suburbs of Chicagoland area. I am looking to purchase a duplex and live in one unit and rent out the other or purchase a small (2-5 unit) apartment building and do the same.
