ALWAYS perform the inspection. Never buy from your agent, as there is a conflict of interest.

Hello, my name is Dinara!

I have invested in my very first investment property and I am learning a lot on the go. I am a Nuclear Engineering graduate student, and while I really love this field I am also looking for a way to become a professional real estate investor. I purchased a 2 unit house with a neglected Soffit & Fascia & gutters that are destroying the downstairs unit and basement (water leak). Does anyone have recommendations for contractors in Evansville, IN a contractor who can repair/replace this? I’m looking for a reasonable contractor and recommendations for materials
