Hello BiggerPocketers! I would like introduce our company, Kena Solutions, to you and provide some information about the services we offer that we believe could be very beneficial to you. Our area of expertise is data analytics—the process of analyzing raw historical data to find trends and patterns which leads to better and faster decision-making. As an extension of your IT team, we can provide customized, automated reporting solutions using your data or other sources of data giving you valuable insights and direction. In addition, we are headquartered in Memphis and some of our key employees live and work there and so are very familiar with the real estate landscape.

A realtor recently came to us with a classic case of “there’s too much stuff, but not enough good ideas, and, definitely, not enough time to chase them all down.” We streamlined the process by overlaying her specific areas of investment with her client specific requirements and came up with a list tailored to her needs, without her ever having to leave the office. Totally agree Cherie. Good info. There seems to be several organizations and CDCs but less success on the affordable housing front.

@Jackson Long In the data we have, 41% of all properties are investor owned but 30% classified Single-Family are investor owned. Source: Landgrid, Data is as of Oct 2020.

Here is some info from our recent analysis of Shelby County. Where do you see value in Memphis?
• Total universe: 348,044 real estate properties
• Zoning types: 34
• Zip codes: 49
• 41% of total properties: Investor owned
• 70% of all properties: Single-Family homes
• 30% of single-family homes: Investor owned
