D&L Investments

We have about 50 notes we are going to be selling for the year. Notes range for 2-229 million. All notes are high paying with good monthly return. If you are real estate agent broker or company we have incentive programs for referrals. Please understand we do require proof of funds to get the ball rolling. Notes range from shopping centers to hotels to office space. Thanks again.

I would have him look over this deed of trust and promissary note. They had deals like this in Downtown Charlotte, that the developer PROMISED condos and you had to put down $50k. But, the developer got over 100 people to do this and went belly up. Now the building was foreclosed on by the bank that loaned the developer money and now he is gone and can not be found.

What they do is use your money to either start the project or SCAM you by coming up with all sorts of stories that why the project is not complete. If I can not have my own deed I do not deal in deals like this.

If you feel comfortable with it. Go for it and I wish you the best.

LET THE BUYER BEWARE!!!!

SUCCESS BREEDS SUCCESS

Douglas,

I'm one of the owners of D&L Investments and his deal was very successful. Jordan was very happy with his 40+% return from that deal. I'm sure he will check in soon enough. But like Douglas said their is a lot of scam companies running around. Some times the best investments is just to leave it in the bank.

I also kind of think it would be easier than dealing with the $13/hr employees who call themselves Loss Mitigators who are really just paper pushers.

But about Notes: I just heard that you need an approval before buying a note from a bank. I heard you need to jump thru all these hoops just to be able to speak with them about buying a Note. Is that true? What have you found.

Thanks for the feedback. :)

Send me email with what you need help with. I'm pretty sure i can help you speed up the process.

However, it is also considered to be expensive.

Some advanced practices enable the extra costs of green building to be paid off in 5-7 years or less, making them ideal methods for developers who plan to build and hold.

Has anyone used green building methods in any of their developments. If so, has it been a shrewd investment?

They are not cheap. Far better than most credit card rates tho'. I probably have the least expensive you'll find. $7500 for every $100K, plus 5% on backend.

Paula,

I'm very interested in your loan terms we were able to help him with his line of credit problem. But maybe we could work together with you in the future.
