Hi Dawn. There is nothing exciting about Kankakee. I was asking because I'm working on a few deals in that area, but I don't know anyone that's buying there.

Is there anyone here looking for properties around the Kankakee, IL area?

I'm currently looking at a 1800 sq ft commercial property, in which the owner rents it out for different events such as birthday parties, family gatherings, etc.. I want to know if the wholesale process is the same as a SFH process?

Did the "due on sale" clause in the mortgage take effect when you did the quit claim deed?

Me and couple of my buddies started an S corporation, in which our primary business would be real estate. So far, we have managed to purchase two properties. These properties were purchased using the credit history of individuals members.

My first question is: How can we purchase property using the corporation?

Also: How can we transfer the assets we have acquired to the corporation?

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
