As a 15 year paint professional, I would use s little bit deeper of a color. PPG's Pony Tail is one of my favorites.
If I have an investor willing to hold the note on a rental property, is it possible to have it reported to the credit bureaus? I'd like to use it to build credit for future investing. Also, how would we go about making the note marketable, should they want to get out? I'm assuming that note buyers would want more than a spreadsheet to show payments! Thank you. Dave

Post: Does anyone know what kind of finish this is?

The first picture looks like Venetian Plaster.  It is a multiple-layered, hand trowelled finish.  The products I am familiar with produce a higher gloss with more buffing. The 2nd just looks like a bunch of layers of paint over cinder block.  What are you looking to do here?  I have been in the paint business for almost 15 years, so I might be able to give you some guidance.
