Hi Surya, 

I am on the builder list to pick up a brand new home in Liberty Hill. It’s a 4 bed 2 bath home for possibly $287,500 and will rent for $2,000. The Liberty Hill market is on fire!!

Hello BP family, Wanted to get your feedback on Jarrell, TX. It's 10 miles from Georgetown and ~40 miles from Austin. The population growth has been steadily rising over the past few years and there are tons of new construction homes. I am just not familiar with the area so hoping my BP community has any opinions. I am in contract to purchase a brand new home in Jarrell, TX by LGI Stoneridge Crossing development. Its a 4 bed 2 bath home for $245,800 with 1,700+ sq/ft.The home will be completed in August of this year and will be able to rent it out for $1700 a month. None of the builders are allowing investors to buy new construction homes in Liberty Hill and Georgetown.

Hi Joe - would love to connect with you for a cup of coffee as well! I am usually in Austin for work at least twice a month. I have been trying to purchase my first out of state property in Austin.  I usually stay at the Domain area. Hopefully, you are not too far from that area.

Thanks Shez B! I will give them a call. Have you been able to purchase additional homes in Leander or Liberty Hill? Was just wondering if you are able to cash flow with these homes.

@Shez B- Are you happy with Casa Property Management company?  I am ready to purchase my first out of state property in Liberty Hill or Cedar Park so was looking for a great property management company.

Hi Wes, what you think of other neighboring cities such as Manteca and Lathrop? 

Thanks for your insights Art.  It's funny you mentioned the apartment complex across the college in Modesto. This was brought to our attention last week by an agent and we passed on it as the asking price was a bit high. We have never purchased any rentals in Modesto. Heard a lot of horror stories so always stayed away. My brother and I are buy and hold investors and own 6 single family homes in Tracy and Manteca. However, deals are getting hard to come by..

Would love to connect with fellow investors and wholesalers in the area.

Need some advice from you all. We were thinking of investing in Mountain House, CA. The schools seem to be really great, an amazing community to raise your family, and still pretty affordable  homes.
