My minimum is (15% with Hard Money factored in, or 20% all cash)ROI with minimum amount 20k net. Otherwise its not worth the risk, or there isn't enough juice.

Question for Wholesalers.

I wanted to get leads for Probate, People late on taxes by $ amount, Year built. So, I found a way to do that. 

As long as I have the County tax records (Usually 10,000-30,000)

Now the question is, what other information is important?

Also, would anyone else want this for their county?
