Thank you guys very much for advising me to make questions specific. Im 20 years old i have no experience in real estate, i have no money bad credit. Iam really willing to learn any and everything to be taught in real estate, i was really looking for mentoring or support that will get me into the industry to make great money. Iam a very hard, motivated, dedicated worker. I was looking more into contract flips, birddogging, short sale, wholesale anything kind of assistance i could get to make the investor and i money on the deals. Any kind of training will help.

Hello my name is Dominick, i have been doing alot of research on guick sale, wholesale and foreclosure deals. I do not quite get it, but at the same time understand alot . I have been networking trying to get some more insight in real estate and get a mentor to help me a little but no luck. If there is anything anyone could assist me with,any advise,a recommendations or even a reference would be a huge help.
