Responsibilities

• Have various conversations with property owners to gather needed information
• Compile necessary paperwork for real estate transactions (deeds, etc.)
• Complete necessary checklists for deal flow completion
• Assist in digitally marketing properties out for the disposition department (Ex: send out email blasts, craigslist ads, various websites, Facebook marketplace ads, etc.)
• Answer website chat inquiries and Facebook marketplace inquiries for properties
• Complete various other tasks for CRM maintenance
• Answer phones, direct phone calls & office visitors
• Be open minded to a continuously changing role
